As the state of this public health emergency changes from day to day, we will remain focused on keeping our employees and our customers safe, healthy, and informed.
We have added COVID-19 safety measures according to CDC guidelines to address the safety of our staff and customers.
1. The 55 passenger motor coaches are equipped with reclining seats, arm rests, footrests, climate control, VCR/DVD, TV monitors, PA system, luggage bays, overhead luggage racks, individual reading lamps, complementary Wi-Fi, 10-volt outlets and a restroom. All vehicles owned and/or operated by Magnolia Travel Corp, are designated as non-smoking.
2. All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and checked for damage prior to each engagement. The client shall be responsible for any cleaning or repairs which may be required due to any act of negligence or disregard by the client or by the client's guests.
In the event that the damages caused by client’s passengers/employees Magnolia Travel Corp, may exercise the right to charge the client accordingly or to pursue any and all means to exact monies due and owing from client from gross negligence.
3. In compliance with safety protocols for COVID-19. The bus is deep cleaned and sanitized prior to each departure. Normal routine cleaning is done to decrease how much of the virus is on surfaces and objects, which reduces the risk of exposure. Additional sanitization is done using EPA-approved disinfectants against COVID-19 intended to help reduce the risk. Additional sanitization is performed as needed.
While all cleaning methods will be conducted to ensure prevention, Magnolia Travel Corp cannot guarantee the safety of passengers from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while utilizing transportation services. All passengers are required to wear masks at all times and practice social distancing while on the coach.
4. Client agrees that in the mechanical or electrical difficulties, delays due to any type of traffic conditions, or any unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of the charter bus and motor coach service during normal driving conditions, Magnolia Travel Corp agrees to obtain alternate transportation if needed. Exceptions will include State of Emergency and inclement weather that results in unsafe driving conditions.
5. ARRIVAL TIME: The time of arrival at starting point, stop-over point, destination or return to point of origin cannot be guaranteed. Travel routes will be established by the service provider and requests for specific routes by the chartering party will be at the service provider’s discretion. Travel all times at speeds compatible with safe operation. No refunds shall be given as a result of late arrivals due to traffic, weather, or other extraordinary circumstances out of the control of Magnolia Travel Corp.
6. Any time past the arranged drop-off time will be an additional charge in 30-minute increments. If you go over even 20 mins over your actual drop off time, you would be charged for the half hour.
We understand that some situations are beyond our control so in case of an emergency such as an accident, roadblock, rain, and snow etc. then going over the actual drop off time would not be billed.
7. Client agrees that Magnolia Travel Corp, shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of inability to provide services due to inclement weather, mechanical or electrical difficulties, delays due to any type of traffic conditions, or any unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of the charter bus and motor coach service during normal driving conditions.
8. Magnolia Travel Corp cannot be held liable for the safe keeping of any items left in any vehicle. Please inspect the vehicle prior to dismissal.
9. Magnolia Travel Corp reserves the right to immediately terminate the job, for all parties in attendance for the use of illegal substances and/or any illegal activity by any guest in attendance. There will be no refund of any monies to the client, due to the negligent behavior of the passengers.
10. A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is due 14 days before the departure date. Failure to provide the remaining balance may result in the cancellation of your reservation and a processing fee of $100.00.
11. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be in writing and sent to (Magnoliatravel2016@gmail.com). Refund requests more than 30 days prior to the departure date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellation fee is 100% of the total rental price if not made within 30 days.
12. NO ONE UNDER 21 IS ALLOWED IN OUR VEHICLES WITH ALCOHOL EVEN IF ACCOMPANIED BY ANYONE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
13. UNUSUAL CLEANING: If, during or after the transportation service the service provider is required to expend a greater than normal amount of time and materials cleaning the Equipment properly due to acts of the passengers Magnolia Travel Corp, at its option, may require additional cost to cover additional time and materials.
